1. About HitchWatch

HitchWatch ("the Platform") acts as a co-subscription facilitator. The Platform provides users with technical tools and resources enabling them to participate in co-subscription arrangements for streaming services.

HitchWatch is not a party to the co-subscription arrangements concluded between subscription owners ("Owners") and co-subscribers ("Co-subscribers"). The Platform merely facilitates the connection and payment processing between parties.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use HitchWatch. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Co-Subscription Arrangements

Users acknowledge that co-subscription arrangements are entered into in compliance with the terms and conditions of the respective streaming services. Users are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with applicable terms.

4. Payments

All payments are processed in cryptocurrency (ETH, LTC, SOL, XMR). Users are responsible for sending the correct amount to the designated wallet address and providing a valid transaction hash.

5. Activation Guarantee

HitchWatch guarantees account activation within 7 hours of payment verification. If this guarantee is not met, the Co-subscriber is entitled to a full refund in cryptocurrency to the originating wallet address.

6. Cancellation

Co-subscribers cannot cancel their arrangement manually through the dashboard. Access ends when renewal is not completed by the due time, or when an administrator suspends the account. No partial refunds are provided once access has been granted.

7. Obligation of Means

HitchWatch has an obligation of means, to the exclusion of any obligation of result. The Platform endeavors to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party streaming services.

8. Liability

HitchWatch's liability is expressly limited to proven direct damages suffered by users, not exceeding the amount paid by the user in the preceding 3 months.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

  • Create multiple accounts
  • Share access credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Modify shared account settings or other users' profiles
  • Attempt to change the account password
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose

10. Changes to Terms

HitchWatch reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
